took my niece and nephew to the Sylvan Lake Wild Rapids Waterslides on Saturday. My nephew and i decide to do the Sidewinder....HOLY FUCK! had the speed not been so intense that it kept the shit from flyin out of my ass, i'm telling you, it would have been some mess! we were both shakin like crazy...but? I FRICKIN LOVED IT!!

i have some sad news. i went and got allergy tested. found 3 things, one a 'severe' reaction, two other allergies.
1. fat bastard.

so..i went to the lilac festival in calgary last weekend...sounds gayporn, but actually had a kickass time saturday night..live music, outdoor beer tent...yeah baby, right up my alley. the actual 'festival'? ok, not so much my thing...pretty artsy-fartsy, but the pre-festival was definately good times.

roadtrip went very well....first session i was super nervous, but then allllll goooooodddd. i kind of enjoyed it actually, training people...it was nice to get some fresh meat that aren't negative as hell from using the program. the trip reminded me that i work with some kickass people for sure. it is weird how each office has such a different dynamic. so far, ours is definately the best
 only bummer was i didn't get to go to our grimshaw office..this sucks cause a) i've never seen that office and was looking forward to it.
b) i was gonna hook up with michelle...would have been my first fellow-blogger meeting and i had to jam!
went with the edmonton guys to give blood last week.....yeah, there will be no more of that shit. got the whole bag of blood outta me and then...oh oh...i don't feel so good.... OH OH...lol...yeah, back goes the chair, marg is having a little siesta! i swear my fricken body temperature went to 200 degrees!! all good....back to the office...about 1 hour later...oh oh, i don't feel so good...OH OH...seriously man, we need to do something!! buddy was SO nice to me! helped me into the conference room where i instantly headed for the floor for yet another seista. they totally looked after me...picture this...margie in a skirt, on the floor in a conference room, feet up on a Wastewater Manual and wet paper towels slapped all over me...niiiiccccceee. lol...ah well, now i know i guess...i'm not a blood giver, there will no giving of blood from this body. |
